Core Training

Started with the mystery weight dumbbell for Turkish Get Ups (probably about 35lb). 5 sets of 5 on each side, then moved on to the main circuit:

  • V-Ups x 15
  • Med Ball Twist Throws x 10/side
  • Bird-Dogs x 10/side
  • Med Ball Slams x 20

Repeat circuit 4x

Finisher: Alternating overhead band press x 60 sec
