Paleo Check-In, Day 7
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, sausage
- AM Snack: cashews, orange
- Lunch: Barbacoa salad with double meat from Chipotle: fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole, lettuce
- Dinner: meatballs, cherries
Now that’s a lunch. Expensive, but huge and filling. The meatballs I made for dinner had some breadcrumbs in em, but I skipped the pasta and ate em plain. Feeling pretty great these days.
