Jump Rope Intervals

Jump rope intervals:

  • 10 x 60 sec (rest 30 sec)
  • 10 x 30 sec (rest 15 sec)

Mixed it up between high-knees-sprint-in-place, double unders, and basic skipping. Only 15 minutes of work, but this was tough.
