Paleo Check-In, Day 8
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, mexican beef, 1/2 avocado
- AM Snack: almonds
- Lunch: turkey/avocado smash, meatballs
- Dinner: steak, chicken, nose carrots
- Late Snack: meatballs, hot dog, almonds
Went to a kung fu/tai chi party for dinner and crammed my face full of as much meat and carrots as I could grab. I also made a big batch of fantastic chocolate chip cookies, didn’t touch the dough or have a single bite of a cookie.
