Kung Fu class
Did a circuit of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, and v-ups for a warmup, then onto some forearm training:
- 2 minutes wrist roller
- 10 fingertip pushups
- 2 minutes tiger claw squeezing sandbag
- 10 fingertip pushups
- 2 minutes stick wrist flicks
- 10 fingertip pushups
- Three star block w/wooden post x 5 min
