Kung Fu class

Did a circuit of pushups, jumping jacks, squats, and v-ups for a warmup, then onto some forearm training:

  • 2 minutes wrist roller
  • 10 fingertip pushups
  • 2 minutes tiger claw squeezing sandbag
  • 10 fingertip pushups
  • 2 minutes stick wrist flicks
  • 10 fingertip pushups
  • Three star block w/wooden post x 5 min
Worked on some sticky/trapping drills before going into forms. I worked on Fu Hok Sueng Ying Kuen.
