Paleo Check-In, Day 9

  • Breakfast: 3 eggs, mexican beef, 1/2 avocado
  • AM Snack: almonds, apple
  • Lunch: meatballs, pistachios
  • Dinner: huge steak, spinach, almonds
  • Late Snack: apple w/almond butter, unsweetened almond breeze

I’ve been feeling kinda hungry for the past couple of days so I got me a huge steak and bought some almond butter, which I can now apply to everything I put in my trap. It may just be because I haven’t had any sugar or dairy in 9 days, but that unsweetened almond breeze crap ain’t bad.
