Paleo Check-In, Day 10
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, mexican beef, 1/2 avocado
- Lunch: roast turkey, mixed vegetables, Larabar
- PM Snack: cashews, coconut milk + banana + frozen raspberries smoothie
- Dinner: mexican beef, hot dogs, broccoli
- Late Snack: apple w/almond butter
That smoothie was pretty good. I used 1/2 c coconut milk, 1/2 c water, frozen fruit, and a whole banana. Still feeling like a champ.
