Paleo Check-In, Day 10

  • Breakfast: 3 eggs, mexican beef, 1/2 avocado
  • Lunch: roast turkey, mixed vegetables, Larabar
  • PM Snack: cashews, coconut milk + banana + frozen raspberries smoothie
  • Dinner: mexican beef, hot dogs, broccoli
  • Late Snack: apple w/almond butter

That smoothie was pretty good. I used 1/2 c coconut milk, 1/2 c water, frozen fruit, and a whole banana. Still feeling like a champ.
