Paleo Check-In, Day 12
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, sausage, 1/2 avocado
- Lunch: spinach salad w/chicken and vegetables
- Dinner: chicken w/broccoli, eggplant, almonds
- Late Snack: apple w/almond butter
Busy day at work and I was feeling pretty hungry. I need to stock up on some nuts from Trader Joe’s so I can put together my little snack bags and carry them around.
