Paleo Check-In, Day 13

  • Breakfast: 3 eggs, sausage, orange
  • Lunch: turkey, almonds, nose carrots, eggplants
  • PM Snack: apple w/almond butter
  • Dinner: chicken shish kebab, lamb adana, spinach, cabbage, lettuce
  • Dessert: coconut milk w/apple sauce

Had a Turkish feast for dinner and had the restaurant substitute spinach for the rice that comes with the dish. I haven’t eaten out much since going paleo since restaurants are not always so easy to navigate but I had no problems tonight. The coconut milk apple sauce concoction was pretty good. I intended to make a smoothie, but le bebe was sleeping so I had to go stealth.
