Paleo Check-In, Day 15
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, turkey, avocado, salsa, almonds
- Lunch: chicken and eggplant
- PM Snack: almonds
- Dinner: chicken, meatballs, spinach
- Late Snack: coconut milk + mixed berry smoothie, almonds
Half way point and feeling great. I’ve had no cravings for sugar, bread, or any of that mess. Since the modern world is so paleo-unfriendly, it just takes planning and lots of nuts to make it through the day.
