- 200 kick (100 front, 50 left, 50 right)
- Intervals - repeat 6x
- 75m freestyle sprint
- 25m slow breaststroke
- Intervals - repeat 5x
- 25m freestyle sprint
- 25m slow breaststroke
- 175m cool down
Total time: 35 minutes. Total distance: 1650m.
