Swim Intervals

Working from home again so I took another midday swim.

  • 425m warm up
  • 200 kick (100 front, 50 left, 50 right)
  • Intervals - repeat 6x
    • 75m freestyle sprint
    • 25m slow breaststroke
  • Intervals - repeat 5x
    • 25m freestyle sprint
    • 25m slow breaststroke
  • 175m cool down

Total time: 35 minutes. Total distance: 1650m.
