Paleo Check-In, Day 16
- Breakfast: 3 eggs, turkey, apple, almonds
- Lunch: brussels sprouts, almonds, nose carrots
- Snack: avocado + coconut milk smoothie
- Dinner: plantain crusted chicken, spinach, kale, cabbage
- Dessert: banana whip w/almonds
I had high hopes for the avocado smoothie (I’ve been making avocado shakes with ice cream for a while), but it came out pretty bland. I think I’ll need to mix in some frozen fruit or coconut flakes to give it flavor next time.
