Kung Fu practice
Headed out to Pier 40 to do some work in the sun. Warmed up with Tiet Sien Kuen and some practice with whipping power. Ran through Gung Ji Fuk Fu Kuen and Fu Hok Seung Ying Kuen a couple of times before starting specific skill work.
After all that, I ran through the new and improved leopard section of Ng Ying Kuen 20 times (varying speed and power). Feels great on both sides now.
Sun + 78 degrees = lots of sweat.
