Crossfit WOD: Helen
One of the lovely ladies of Crossfit:
- 400m run
- 21 DB Swings (55lb)
- 12 Pullups
Repeat 3x
Total time: 9:38. I was shooting for sub 10 min and I got it, so I guess I’m pleased. The pullups were all broken though…tougher than they should have been. I could have pushed harder on the runs too.
