Core Training

Started with L-sit work on the chair. 4 sets of 30 sec. Then the main circuit:

  • Kneeling Wheel Rollouts x 10
  • Lying Hip Swings x 10/side
  • Bird-dogs x 20
  • Abmat Situps x 30

Repeat 4x

Finisher: 2 min plank.
