Metcon Circuit

Another quick finisher for the morning session with Coach Keith:

  • Man-Makers (25lb DBs)
  • 10 Hurdle Jumps (over the squat rack)
  • 15 Squats

Repeat 5x

Total time: 9:02. This was a good one - tough, but the movements were different enough where I could just mow through em without resting.
