Kung Fu class
Frank led the warmup tonight: lots of pushups, situps, and body crawls were included. Then we did some pad/heavy bag combo intervals - 2 minutes of work, 1 min rest - repeated twice. Then some light sparring before working on forms. I practiced Ng Lung Ba Gwa Gwan a bit and helped some guys out with Hang Yuet Darn Dao and Ji Mo Seung Do…oh, and did my 21 burpees.
