Form felt solid today. My deadlifting needs work, but as long as I concentrate on the necessary cues I can lift safely. Finished with today’s dose of 27 burpees. Total gym time: 45 mins. This is the first time I’ve felt fatigued walking home since I started the Stronglifts program.
