Quick circuit to get in my burpees for the day:
- 7 Burpees
- 7 Pullups
- 7 Dips
- 7 Knees-to-Elbows
Repeat 4x
Total time: 4:45. Got my daily burpees (7 * 4 = 28) in and got a good warmup for some kung fu practice. Strangely, the sweat didn’t really start flowing until later on in my workout.
