Kung Fu class
Did my 29 burpees before class today. After the regular warmup and some stance work, we drilled the beginners on double dragon step, hanging horse, front snap kick from all our forms. Saw some ugly looking kicks, so we stopped and worked on the front snap kick for a while. Then we worked on the bong sau for a while. After class I worked on Fuk Fu a few times before Sifu taught us some more of the bench form.
