Day 5, StrongLifts 5x5 Beginner Strength Training Program

  • Squat
    • 5 x 5 x 175lb
  • Bench Press
    • 5 x 5 x 165lb
  • Hang Power Cleans
    • 5 x 5 x 130lb
  • Weighted Dips
    • 3 x 5 x 45lb

Rough day. I was feeling sore and crumby this morning, probably from overdoing it at Kung Fu (lots of stance training). The soreness didn’t prevent me from hitting any of the weights - just took me a bit longer to warm up and feel good today. Finished up with my 30 burpees for the day and took off. Total gym time: 50 mins.
