All The Tools You Need
With Zachry at the 5th Ave Gym. We spent some time working on our form on squats, deadlifts, presses, and junk before deciding to do a mini timed circuit:
- Burpees x 30 sec (13, 12, 11, 9, 9)
- Pullups x 30 sec (20, 13, 10, 8, 9)
- Situps x 30 sec (20, 16, 14, 13, 12)
- DB Swings (55lb) x 30 sec (14, 14, 13, 12, 13)
Repeat 5x, resting 30 sec between rounds.
It’s so nice to have someone there to count your reps and to try to make you laugh. My total score was 255, which was quite enough to beat Zach and that’s all that really counts at the end of the day.
Total burpees = 54. Average burpees/min = 21.6
Total pullups = 60. Average pullups/min = 24
Total situps = 75. Average situps/min = 30
Total swings = 66. Average swings/min = 26.4
