Late night session at the 5th Ave Gym tonight. Felt good with everything except my very last rep of the power cleans - I pulled the weight from the floor with my arms, which felt terrible. Power cleans from the floor are much easier than hang power cleans though, so I’m glad I’m finally up to the big boy weight that allows me to set the weight properly. I also used a dumbbell for the weighted dips, which seems to work a little better with the Ironmind belt. Total time: 45 min.
