Mini Minute Drill Circuit
Four guys in Kung Fu class tonight; four stations:
- Burpees x 60 sec (25, 22, 23)
- Body Rows x 60 sec
- Heavy Bag Combinations x 60 sec
- Wrist Roller x 60 sec
Repeat 3x, resting 60 sec between rounds.
Total burpees = 70. Average burpees/min = 23.3
