Day 10, StrongLifts 5x5 Beginner Strength Training Program

I felt like crud walking to the gym this morning - sore legs and shoulders - but it didn’t seem to really effect my performance much. Speed and depth were both good on the squats today and I felt really solid overall. The press felt a little off and I wasn’t moving the bar as fast as I normally do. I was really focusing on mainting a solid thoracic-lumbar junction and I think it screwed up my alignment a bit. I’ll keep working on it. The bar was well chalked today from whoever used it before me, so the deadlifts felt really strong. Mixed in my 41 burpees with an equal number of shoulder dislocates, 21 before lifting, 20 after. Total gym time: 55 mins.
