Heavy Bag Intervals

Working the heavy bag with combinations - punches, kicks, elbows, and knees. Max intensity.

  • 16 x 45 sec (15 sec rest)

Total work time: 12 minutes. Rotated between the big heavy bag (mainly punches and elbows) and a smaller, lighter bag (punch/kick combos).
