Kung Fu class

Basic circuit (30, 20, 10 tiger rolling pushups, situps, squats) and the heavy bag intervals as the warmup today. Then we did Fu Hok as a group and discussed some of the finer points. Also brushed up on the sword a bit and practiced some application.
