Kung Fu class
Worked the foundation class at 7pm and things went really well. Very structured and orderly, but still lots of hard work. Then Sifu put us through the paces at the 8pm class - lots of more advanced stance drills and then some application practice and power generation drills. Ali and I stuck around after class to run through Tiet Sien Kuen. For some reason I really wasn’t feeling it today. Lousy connection.
