Kung Fu class

Quick circuit-style warmup of pushups, situps, and squats, then onto some pad work. We worked some basic hand combinations in 1 minute rounds to get nice and loose. Then helped the guys work on forms. I was a bit pooped from lifting right before class - not a very good idea, but my schedule left me no options this week.
