- Power Clean

- Weighted Pullups
- 3 x 5 x 80lb
- Weighted Dips
- 3 x 5 x 80lb
Felt good today. Tried to keep to 2 min rest between the 5 rep sets and about 1:20 rest between the 3 rep sets. Power cleans started feeling really good when I focused on keeping my arms slack. Total gym time: 55 mins.
Weighed in at 187lb today.
