Recovery day today:
- Front Squat

- Press
- 2 x 5 x 105lb
- Hang Power Clean
- 3 x 3 x 105lb
- Overhead Squats
- 3 x 3 x 80lb
What a nice, quick visit to the good old 5th Ave Gym today. I only rested about 1:15 between sets since the weights are light and I was short on time. The overhead squats felt very solid today. I hope I can keep it up as the weight increases. Total gym time: 35 mins.
Weighed in at 186lb today.
