Bike/Run Intervals

  • 3 min run, 15mph (1 min rest)
  • 3 min bike, 120rpm (1 min rest)
Repeat 4x for a total of 24 minutes of work. I think the treadmill at the gym was a little off…or maybe I’m just fast as hell now. Either way this was a killer. Less than a month until the Muddy Buddy!
