Work Capacity 101
It had been way too long since I did the good old Work Capacity 101:
- 5 Pullups
- 10 Medicine Ball Slams
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Jumping Jacks
AMRAP in 20 minutes.
I finished 10 full rounds plus 5 burpees (that’s 155 total burpees), which is a personal best. I took short, measured rests in each round but I still feel like I could have worked harder and done better. I’ll do this one again soon and hit at least 11 full rounds.
