My lunch-time frittata definitely had some cheese in it. The waitress neglected to mention it and I wasn’t feeling petulant enough to send it back. I ate lots of chocolates tonight for V-day, but that’s the last of the cheats for this challenge. Back to the straight and narrow for the remainder. The things I do for love….

Ate my face off after the noon crossfit workout. Made a pot roast in the pressure cooker and it came out alright. It really cooked down though so I won’t have leftovers for the week like I planned.

Hey, do you guys like sweet potatoes? Today was a planned ‘faileo’ day since I got to go out on a date with the wife. I designated dinner to be an all-bets-are-off cheat meal. Considering that, it wasn’t such a disaster. Ingested some gluten with the burger bun and some sugar for dessert, but it didn’t turn into a binge or anything (and I felt fine the next day).

Got creative with the salad bar at lunch and made use of the full kitchen in the office to incorporate pears and walnuts to an otherwise boring salad.

Ate breakfast after my morning workout. Built a helluva salad for lunch today at Bridge Fresh. Borrowed from the taco bar and the salad bar. There were jalapenos, salsa, and lots of good stuff.

Total borderline-paleo/junk food day in honor of the super bowl. I’m very proud that I made my own tostones (they came out really good). I also decided that I need a little fun in my diet occasionally and since the coconut milk ice cream had no dairy, it was ok for a rare treat. It tasted surprisingly good too.
